To request a refund, email support@nriwillgenius.com from the email address associated with your account and include your payment reference if you have it. Refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method.

What happens after a refund

Once a refund is issued, Word and PDF downloads for the affected document will be switched off and any free-edit window will end. Your answers and draft stay saved in your account, and you can unlock the document again at any time by paying the one-time fee. If you have already printed and signed a will, a refund does not affect the validity of the signed document itself.

Duplicate or mistaken charges

If you believe you were charged twice for the same document, or charged in error, contact us at support@nriwillgenius.com and we will investigate. Any correction will be handled promptly, either as a refund under this policy or as a billing adjustment.
